not planned that because for AMD miner supports only rx4xx/5xx, Vega, Navi GPUs, and driver 20.12.1 is more than enough for those cards.
Newer drivers usually created for 6xxx series of cards and there are no added features or fixed bugs for older cards, so there is no point for you to install it and there is no point for me to do useless work of adding support for new amd drivers that are constantly changing internally just to provide everyone around with a job 

may be I'm not right, do you have specific reason to use drivers above 20.12.1? What driver version you are trying to use and what exactly doesn't work with my mod?
