Yes right it is the very best time to buy some crypto assets because the price now is very low and cheaper than other months, yes now im also thinking to buy maybe 10 coins 
the decline may have already occurred. but I'm still not sure the correction is over.buying a lot now isn't that too risky, because seeing the market there is still a downward movement. there is potential for a deeper decline.
