Phillip, if you're giving merit to this seller, I assume you're vouching for them as a legitimate seller?
A merit is simply to allow them to leave newbie status so they can handle pm's better.
I have only dealt with grace from miner expert if you look you will see I gave her a merit a year or so again.
I have not been able to confirm that Bella works with grace.
Grace was pretty good seller.
