Can we live without BTC yes but the real question for me is will we and I think the answer to that is no. Once the crypto market is more mainstream BTC won’t be volatile and will be like gold a safe place to put your money to fight against inflation. There are to many powerful people and corporations already getting involved in Bitcoin for it to die. With that being said Alt coins will look very different in the future. Bitcoin and Ethereum will be king and queen I believe but the next 13 places are all up for grabs in my opinion. There are to many cryptos that are top 15 today that haven’t done what they promised to do and are just living on hype. Projects like NEAR that are less hype but are focused on building the best product will win. NEARs team of developers is an all star team and they are backed by top VC’s like coinbase and Pantera Capital just to name a couple. NEAR is so amazing because it wants everyone to win, it has many trustless bridges that connect it to other projects so you get the best of both projects. NEAR is fast, cheap, and carbon neutral which the health of the planet for me is very important. NEAR has projects on it that are revolutionizing the NFT space, the fight against climate change, leading the charge on Web 3.0 technology and more.
