Also, just be yourself whenever you participate or join in discussions and don't worry about hurtful criticism as it is the fuel of your willingness to learn. I am hurt or get mad because of criticisms before but it help me get strong and know if I am wrong in some part or partial wrong in some situation. It helps you go as time goes, grow as you learn new things and glow when you achieve many things.
