I don't understand your question expecting ehereum to come back. back in terms of ? will the price go up again or maybe the costs required when carrying out transactions are small again??
Do you realized that you are asking in thread that 3 years old? back when this was created the transaction fee of ethereum did not even experienced what it did this year when the fee climb up like what Bitcoin does.
OP is asking about when will Ethereum climb back again because that same year Ethereum made the ATH of 15 hundred dollars so he was looking when this will be taken back again.

Thread was created in 2018, when ETH was around $150 I suppose OP was just hoping Ethereum price bounced back to ATH at the boom time when it was $1500, because in 2018 we there was a big crash. I think that was the OP's hope and if he's still here then that's exactly it.
