My two cents ... I'm not sure if this question has already been raised, but it would be great if, in addition to everything else, a counting of the number of characters was added. I'm talking about the average for each user, say on a weekly or monthly basis, (based on statistics, managers will be able to have a more detailed idea of how meaningful the conversations of a particular campaign participant are).
It all depends on the managers mother's tongues, like; if they manager speaks English correctly then he would be able to detects how meaningful is your post but in a way whereby they uses translation to read your post before rewarding stakes or make payment at the ends of the week, the translator may or may not accurate meaning to what you have written. that is why a manager should be sound and understands English language very well.
