I don't think that Xapo card is yet released for every country, except maybe for beta testing purposes , but it should happen this year with relaunching of their digital bank.
I can't fins any page with fees but charging $150 annual fees is a bit to much in my opinion when compared with other card competition.
It says "coming soon" on the website but the app is already released as "Xapo bank". I installed it but I'm not receiving any confirmation link whenever I submit my email.
In case someone is interested in trying it:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/developer?id=Xapo&hl=en&gl=US There is only few services accepting the rest of the world and AFAIK only advcash released new cards in the last couple months although they launched it in the past then stopped and changed providers before accepting it again.
Xapo's card, Advcash, B21.io (not all, but about ~80 countries which are more than most of the services out there), and you also have the big giant Revolut who are soon going to start supporting more countries. That's why I've been wondering if there were any new laws that helped all these services going worldwide.
