fruads are everywhere and no can determine them unless someone will give a try just to expose their works, lol and you know this kind of GIVEAWAY is too obvious and very unrealistic, because how comes there are some ppl who will believe in it?  They're a big fool that despite of the situation they will believe to some bitcoin giveaway wherein the amount fees is too high as well.
