I used to be a bitcoin maximalist but I would encourage you to open your mind a bit more when it comes to this. For example Ethereum is NOT a bitcoin competitor, and is all about smart contracts. Or Monero, which is a privacy coin which differs from bitcoin. That being said, bitcoin is certainly king. Again, welcome.
