It's very likely that 1xBit is a subsidiary of 1xBET, which is operated by 1x Corp N.V. However, the information available online is ambiguous and 1xBit refuses to provide any additional information. Personally, I consider this a big red flag.
If they really wanted to clear their names and distance themselves from the fraudulent 1xBET casino, they would take every opportunity to put an end to speculation and explain their most obvious affiliation.
