If I understand it correctly, you are a gambling site with lightning network and you have created 2 ANN thread previously (last year) in Gambling board as follow:
Now you create a new ANN thread with a new account, what's wrong with your old accounts that you use to create above 2 ANN thread? and sorry if I get it wrong but why you create a new ANN thread in this Altcoins board? Are you having new project where you offer your own coin?
