While your statement is correct that of phishing hacks shouldn't be blamed on the decentralized exchange, that's on the users that weren't cautious to fall victims. What they should be blamed for are things under their control like the flash loan hacks occuring all over the Defi sector. Unlike what the popular idea was of decentralized exchange been secured, time have showed that was false and that's mainly because majority aren't as decentralized as they claimed, they're just leveraging on the hype of decentralization to decieve users into patronizing them.

OP In regards to the details advantage and disadvantages, you should note that most of them are outdated. These days we have decentralized exchange competing with the centralized exchange in regards to trading volume and most centralized exchange can't match up to Defi exchanges if theirs dialy volumes were compared. I believe we now have more decentralized exchange than centralized ones because they're very easily to create. Which means the volumes are spread across all the Defi exchanges out there, now imagine if those we're just tired to few you'll understand that the centralized exchange don't have much volumes again.
