Devs could consider the following for a form of citzen distribution if national id's are a problem, for those who are worried about sending this information.
For example:
1) A SMS text message which the provider must be located in the greece region. They send a text to the desired number and type their address in along with their bitcointalk username or greececoin forum username?
2) IP address located in the greece region, proxies will be blocked and you will need to validate the ISP for the IP to prove its your home/verified IP address.
3) A photo with verification of you're forum username linked to your National ID hiding out sensitive information?
Either way there are plenty of methods, these are just examples incase the first one doesn't work. The airdrop will be a month after launch correct dev? or longer? take your time though to make this perfection. It's good you're releasing the coin for those with rigs and other nationality to get involved on Saturday.. good idea im backing you 110% i can see this being a hit and i want to be involved.

Create a database of which when you get verified for being a greek citizen you get a 8 digit code, which you redeem to become a "citizen" on your website. From there we can add our wallet address and once the airdrop begins you can pay all.
SMS Text message is handy.. most people (the ones who are sensitive with their ID's) will most likely agree with this.
So with many mobile numbers I can get as many coins I want ....
