Officially, Manchester United announces the renewal of coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's contract until 2024, with the possibility of another year extension.
This means that the management put the trust in Solskjaer very much, and gave him full time to show what he can do, and so far they have brought him very good deals, the last of which is Sancho .
This means that they considered him the man who will restore glories in the team .
All we said and the man has not received any title for three years. OGS is considered very lucky.
By simply extending the contract with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the club's management makes it clear that on the one hand they trust the coach, but also expect winning results, as well as long-awaited titles. If before that the fans and the club's management were touched that the team was claiming something on the approach to the titles, as well as making allowances for the youth and little experience of the young coach, now I think the demand from the coach and the pressure on him will be greater. The profession of a football coach is a very specific profession and any coach should be ready for immediate dismissal due to unsuccessful results, despite the words of support or the extension of the contract before that.
Its a welcome development that his contract was extended however there will be more pressure on him to deliver a trophy this season Its time for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to challenge for EPL title going by the new signings especially Sancho however some critics had already ruled him out of winning any trophy this season having been judged as an average and mediocre manager, if Man utd became trophyless this season he might likely get sacked with the calibre of players at his disposal which had cost the Glazers some fortunes now there isn't any excuse for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer than to deliver a trophy to their fans he just needs to be consistent in the club performances wining matches week in week out and not giving any room for complacency so as to achieve the goal of wining a cup.
