Looks  like  OP wanna separate sets of addresses so  that they would never intersect with each other,  I mean addresses of different sets. If this is his intention then the best way to do it is the usage of dedicated derivation path for each set of addresses, say if he wanna three different sets of bech32 addresses he may use m/84'/0'/0' for the first set, m/84'/0'/1' for the second one and m/84'/0'/2' for third one.
