It is just the nature of the crypto space that is bear season and bull season, and because it is somehow a bear season (even though some experts believe it is bull season) the prices of cryptocurrencies are falling. Talking about the prices dropping further is what no one can say with confidence because predictions do not work, but if you are in for long term and holding good coins, then you need not to worry much.
Now lastly, the case of NFT is, it is still growing, that is somehow in its infancy mostly when you compare with DeFi ecosystem. In the same way, I don't think NFT can be regarded as the future of cryptocurrencies but however a trend just like others like DeFi, Meme etc, and just like trends, it comes and goes then another takes over while the impact made by it will still be felt in the crypto space.
