right now the government all around the world are closing down on binance i think crypto dot com might be a good pick because they are legal and comply with the government
However, until now I can still access the Binance exchange and trade there, even though the government in my country has not given permission for Binance's operations as a whole, but until now I can still access it and do not have any problems with Binance.
Which country are you from? In USA, Binance US is only allowed there, It has limited number coin compare with usual Binance and lots of withdrawal challenges. UK just stopped purchase of cryptocurrency from their citizen on Binance and the exchange just announce the delist of EUR, GBP and AUD in coming days. Many countries attacking the trading platform has not legally compliance to there countries while they promote their indigenous exchanges. It a challenging time for the exchange and I hope they survive it, Am really enjoying their services in my own case
