Ok I went ahead and set the updates on manual so it won't do this again to me. I have tried something new that the Dev told me to do - he said to DL the FT_Prog and try to locate the device and install the driver there. No device was found - So he told me that points to a hardware issue :/ Gosh I hope I get this fixed. This might of just turned into a very expensive desk ornament/paperweight :/ Fuck me.
