explained why that argument doesn't work. Your mark would have to already have a public presence for there to be any chance of confusing the two marks. Your mark has zero public presence; it wasn't even announced.

It doesn't matter how much work you've put in. There would actually be more chance of YOUR mark infringing on UKC's, since they announced publicly first (even though that wouldn't fly either).
