I was wondering exactly the same. Among others, enabling the solo mining feature for the apollo-miner binary would be great, since it does not work with bfgminer stratum proxy. Or at least I didn't get it to work (maybe a config issue, though it works just fine with cgminer). If somebody has succeeded here, please let me know.
