Our security team has checked your account and found no funds that require to be refunded. Which means a player have withdrawn an amount that bigger or equals to his deposits amount, or the bets were simply lost.
A lost bet keeps its negative value after recalculation if the bet was placed within the rules.

All my bets in all my accounts were placed using same conditions. If all the bets are placed within the rules why did you close my accounts? I'm guessing it is a misunderstanding here.
