so i havent invested anything in crpto YET (idk i want to see if bitcoin goes down lol il probly invest a bit into bitcoin and eth now tho) so yea as the title says how can i find alt coins that havent blown up.

You do not have the abilities to do it consistently, truth to be told there is no magic method that can help you to do this, you need to actively look for new coins and read their white papers, you will also need to investigate the developers and see if they are legitimate or if they are a bunch of scammers and unfortunately this is going to take a lot of time and effort, and you do not have what is necessary, so stay away from new altcoins for now and only reconsider this once you have accumulated a lot of experience in this market.ps im a total newb so any tips will be welcomed and thanked!
