That's total bullshit you can say that to a player on the pitch and not someone who placed his bet accordingly and won, what else is he supposed to do after placing his bet?
The point of the question was not to determine a term, but to indicate what the player did.
Placing a bet knowing that this bet is controversial to your previous bet, which will eventually help you to be in profit in any way - that's an example of unsportsmanlike bet.
