There are some parts of your posts that shows you want to be transparent and answers every question that comes along the way, but can you keep up on all of this, what is your goal really, I understand you are actively trying to solve issues here and doing a campaign but can you see yourself resolving all the past issues that haunt 1XBIT if that is your goal how long do you want this to complete and are you getting more players to play, with what you are doing here.
Their goals are pretty clear to be honest. They simply want to lure more and more gamblers in order to earn long-term profits through their signature and review campaigns.
They keep providing excuses for various complaints in this thread in order to make gamblers believe that they are trying their best to fix their mistakes which is pretty obvious. They will never change their ways in my opinion.
