how do you manage stress if you loss biggest amount because the value of.your token.is hitting down ..? in your opinion how diversify your investment in other alts to cope up your losses?

It seems like you are really new here in crypto. Always remember that if you will not sell in loss you will never lose, just hold if you wanted to earn just set a limit and always get some update with regards to your investment. Just look at what happen to the bitcoin price from year 2018 till present as we can see massive rise is happening and if we hold bitcoin last 2018 and sell it today imagine how big the profit we can get, that is one of the example how patience works in crypto. If you don't have patience then you will loss.
