I like to merit those users. I think those are among the most valuable users of the forum.
The only problem is that many decide not to stick around after they receive the help they needed and corrected their issues. They come here by chance or from someone's recommendation and nothing is keeping them here. It's impossible to know how many people become regular Bitcointalk users after they initially only wanted to receive some support.

Same here. That's what sets Bitcointalk apart from other places. Sure, you can get help on reddit or discord, but it's just not the same. The threads here are forever, social media is all about living in the moment. The information comes and goes and no one pays that much attention to it.
