Looking at the past financial crises that happened, they all seem to have a few things in common, such as the mass adoption of a new financial product or technology (e.g. mortgage backed securities in 2008, dotcom boom in 2000). Given the extent to which institutions (and some influential figures) have been manipulating crypto recently, do you guys think this narrative is likely?
Crypto is new and few people involve in it compare to the total earth population. That is the reason behind the easy market manipulation in crypto right now. But the situation will not be like these when crypto markets and investors will be more matured. Crypto won't be the reason behind the next financial crisis but it can be a cure to it if used carefully. I hope you understand what i am talking about.
