But is that actually enough to establish that someone is an alt?

Well, here's the thing: this is the first transaction to "mistafreeze's" address. Its still possible they coordinated some kind of transfer... sigh... even though they are shifty about changing their addresses after getting caught.

Its obvious mistafreeze was also a bought account. But in this instance, I agree its a good idea to hold off tagging accounts just for having made transactions to one another. They don't use the same address, so it wouldn't be enough evidence to be banned for ban evasion.
