Yes, we have been very busy but at the same time, it only takes a few minutes to pop over to Bitcointalk for an update. We were a lot more active here before we had our 24/7 live support team trained and available to help players with any issues that may come up. Also, we have developed an onsite notification system that informs players of all onsite and even third party provider. updates. Again, this is no excuse. We acknowledge that we should be more present here and will make an effort to keep you all updated here as well.
