Sure seems that way. If it was legit, wouldn't there have been an update in 24 hours?Shame. While I always hated their java script laden site, I did have faith in them as being mostly grounded with a good future.

I hesitate to say speculation, because that could be said, but the investigation and results are solid. So yeah, they either got hit big time or it was an inside job (though being entirely JS based, hacking is a real possibility). Either way, it "seems" like they are trying to just run away and wash their hands of it.
