The biggest hype in the NFT-sphere is in gaming. So you can find a game where you will buy different things, play this game and maybe sell them in the future. The examples are DuckWaves and Decentraland.
As for digital art, I don’t find this way to earn very reliable. It is just a fortune. Nobody can predict whether your own work or work you have bought would be valuable.
In addition to this, digital art and gaming is not the limit of ERC721 tokens. They can be used in many other things. So I hold the point of view that you should invest in projects that offer tokenization of physical things and documents.
It seems that in-game NFTs is where the money's at. These digital items have intrinsic value compared to digital art or paintings. I've seen a few popular blockchain-based games whose NFTs went all the way to the moon. It may be a good idea to buy and "hodl" gaming NFTs until the right time comes to sell them. In crypto land, everything is highly risky so I'd proceed with caution just to be safe. Putting all of your life savings into NFTs may not be a good idea since you could end up losing it all within crypto's ups and downs. I'd be paying close attention to the development of this emerging industry in order to invest my money wisely. Time will tell us whenever NFTs will survive or fade into oblivion as a failed experiment. Just my thoughts
