You forgot option number 3, that Im just a normal customer and that they will just unfreeze my account, after a check that they understand I had some big wins due to big bets and like everyone knows, you can be lucky with gambling (while losing in the end of course).
Doesn't mean that I'm not frightened about option 1, although I'm 100% certain I don't multi-account, but then they will just say something else, because in the end a casino can do that, but I was fully aware that there have been accusations in the past, but for my personal experience 1xbit hasn't treated me bad so I kept playing there.
