There is a great idea for implementation in the cryptosphere, but I am a beginner developer and I do not have enough funds to afford the creation of a token on ETH. (unjustifiably large commissions with a high price of the Ethereum itself)
Is there some kind of cross-blockchain to implement my ideas with very low fees?
well i think you could learn a lot in baseline protocol. Baseline protocol is a group who trying to leverage ETH blockchain for enterprise, they doing a lot work that you can join and contribute.
