I believe people were scared, and casinos, if I am not mistaken, are currently closed because they are not permitted to operate due to the pandemic; this is in our country; I am not sure if it is the same in other countries. So that's the main reason why they're transitioning online; we know there are older people who play in casinos who aren't particularly tech-savvy, but they learn or try to explore it so that they can play because they really want to. Though I believe the fun and excitement are not quite the same in a physical casino because in an online casino you can only watch it on a screen, whereas in a physical casino you can touch it.
The not savvy people today are gradually learning the web technology and it becomes easy with android phones because installations are just easy to do. Kids today already learn how to install and uninstall apps which I have no idea of doing back when I was 7 years old the adults today could simply do the same. There is no way of stopping them If they install casino apps because there is no way for these adults to go but online. The sad part of this is gambling is that we saw some people today are spending more time on phones.
Spending more time and more money, they are now attach with gambling especially those who don't have any idea before,
