From your words it is clear that your friend is bounty hunter here on the forum and suggested you the same also because signature campaign required certain rank like junior or full member atleast which in turn requires merit and activity.But if you have wrong perception about bitcointalk forum like making money from it you won't get long and soon will be joining other with zero contribution on the forum.This is a discussion forum and i am really surprised to see so many newbies coming up with same question like how to earn money here on the forum without doing proper research and reading threads that can benefit them.The only way to rise is to earn your rank with quality posts but if you are looking for some Bounty programme then have a look for them.But try to change the way you think about this forum.
