Fastest CPU privkeykey finder is a KEYHUNT https://github.com/albertobsd/keyhunt - speed calculates in gigagheshe on simple CPU with 4 cores and 8 GB RAM. With 256 GB ram I get speed about 22 terrakeys/sec.
