There are two sentences are worthy of our alert.
"In my view, the legislative priority should center on crypto trading, lending, and DeFi platforms”
"For those who want to encourage innovations in crypto, I’d like to note that financial innovations throughout history don’t long thrive outside of our public policy frameworks.”
Please stay awake. The regulation of the cryptocurrency market will become more and more serious. How do you interpret the sentences?
There are things that they can regulate and others that they cannot because of the decentralized nature of them.
The cryptospace has grown exponentially and the eyes of the regulators are on it, it is difficult to predict the future but if they can find a way to regulate it I think that many other institutions will come, if instead they will not succeed or it will take longer the growth will be less.
