It is uncertain. That said a quick profit is a big lie in trading and I urge you not to think about it. Because this will only help you to become desperate when you are not able to reach your goal.

You can use those trading strategies mentioned by OP but never think that this could fasten your market returns as losses are inevitable. I'd come into trading knowing that there is a chance to make some money from here but I'd never neglect to think about that someday this place could also disappoint me, and it actually happens several times.
