I downloaded the mobile trading view app and noticed it too. Which means it's probably a bug. I suggest you use the web version of the charts of you have a PC. It's what I was basing on to give you the previous responses. Also, if possible, just deal with the direct charts from exchanges. Tradingview has a small margin of error on the percentage change you have been asking about, not sure why.
