Igolder works the same as kleopatra but kleopatra is best suitable for creating public key and private key which the chance of the keys being known by other people is very low since kleopatra works in offline devices and igolder is not unless you download the html where you can run it offline but not sure it will work since I didn't tried it. Anyways, i said this because downloading the site for offline use  is I have done it in myetherwallet which I did able to create a wallwt without access to the Internet.
