A little FYI,

I have 4 units running and 1 unit was always running 10 degrees hotter and fan spinning 1800-2000 rpm faster than the others right out of the box.
Solution that I found was the hotter unit had a loose heat sink. If you turn the unit over there is a metal plate with 5 screws. This one unit the 5 screws were loose. I tightened them up obviously not to tight but tight enough. Turned unit back on and now all have close to matching temps ans fans speeds.
