Well as long as there is always a positive news or update there will be always a rising of the price. Ethereum is now rising because of the hard fork together with the slowly growing price of btc no doubt the market will surely turns into bull market again. Ethereum and btc will surely reach another ATH next few weeks or months.
As for reaching another ATH in a few weeks, that seems very close and there won't even be enough time for that even though BTC and ETH are undoubted coins in the crypto space, as they are already very popular and well-known.
