The chance of losing money is 99.99%. For some reason, many beginners miss trading on the spot and immediately go to margin trading, I think if you can trade there 50-100 times more than you have money, then you will get rich 50-100 times faster too. It is not true. You will lose everything there. Without skills and understanding of the trading system, you should not go further than spot trading. Margin trading is a very dangerous type of trading. When I started my career as a trader, I traded on the spot for the first year, then I traded on a margin account for another 3 years to finally get something done. So start with spot trading and the first year, at least, do not look in the direction of derivatives trading, it will kill you for sure.
