as @Almasani suggested to you, if you still keep the Phrase / privet key, there is nothing to worry about it, but make sure you download the metamask according to the link provided and use another wallet then import the phrase, make sure you look at the blockchain explorer for see your coins, if you are afraid of losing the coins in the wallet address then move it to another wallet like Trust wallet, Safepal and other wallet u need.
