I don't think it's necessary to follow what they make, let them do this and don't let the opportunity to believe it, so that every project they work on is no longer in demand by many people, so what they do is sacrifice themselves.
The habit that makes the scam is the investor, not the one working on or handling the project, most investors are not responsible if the project is a scam, while the project holder is the victim of the investor.
