I have every confidence that they will pay players, including for the campaign.
Have you even read the type 3 Flag he has? I'd have to withdraw my Support for the Flags if he'd make me whole, which would cost him $700. He prefers the Flags over $700, which is totally fine with me, as the warning means he won't make any more innocent victims.
