Who voted for Everton to win the league?

I think it will be the battle of the two Manchester clubs Manchester City and Manchester United this time. I think Manchester City have the best players in the league while Manchester United has had the best transfers this season. I think Chelsea are not far off but I do not think Lukaku was that good when he last played in the Premier League and will struggle to find his Inter form if he does get signed by Chelsea.
