Yes but the whole market gained quite a bit while BNB didn't move that much. It does have most likely to do with the problems they now need to focus on and solve as quickly as possible. They are going through stressful times now, but I expect them to fully comply and resolve everything.
The first thing you have to understand is don't doubt BNB in this case because BNB is very mature and big gradually in the market, and regarding the problem, I think BNB side knows how to solve it and they won't stress about it.
