Release notes

• Added AscendEX exchange
• Added new P/L indicator
• Improved error handling, timeout handling and logging for background API calls
• EQUOS -> renamed to EQONEX
• Fixed funds issues with (MIOTA) on HuobiPRO
• Several under-the-hood changes and improvements
